The Store at Baylor University is an on-campus food pantry with the mission to combat food insecurity among college students in Waco, Texas. The pain points The Store faces is the lack of exposure and knowledge of food insecurity within the Waco community.

To address the pain points of lack of awareness of services among student populations and donations, our team created a marketing campaign dedicated to targeting central Texas college students, local businesses and nonprofit organizations about donation opportunities and food insecurity education. I designed marketing emails and wrote copy detailing major events, donation CTAs and information about food insecurity.

Our main source of marketing flowed through marketing emails and social media reels. However, to extend awareness through physical material, I created an infographic card that provides The Store's services and operation hours.

Overall, the marketing campaign reached a large audience:

- 6,000+ Baylor students and 50 local businesses were contacted through email
- 60 donations for the pantry in the span of 3 1/2 months
- 30 new followers gained on Instagram
- 22 new visitors to the pantry within three weeks of the first marketing email
