The importance of the following crisis communication plan is to provide context, resources and foundation for key responses that Blue Bell's crisis management team will utilize. This plan aims to mitigate any environmental, technological, health and safety, and incidental crisis situations.
This strategy covers communication resources, key positions, peoples, publics and media in which the crisis communication management team will mediate conversation among those recipients. This plan must be considered at every point in time during crisis mitigation, although it may not be necessary to the crisis at certain points in time.
The purpose of this strategy is to successfully implement mitigation and communication that responds to crises and risks Blue Bell customers, employees, leadership, the general public and the company itself.
